Community Support Waiver header

The DD Community Support Waiver is designed to support individuals with an intellectual or development disability to continue to live independently in the community by providing a variety of services that promote community living and integration, including a self-directed option and traditional agency-based service models. The Department of Mental Health, Division of Developmental Disabilities administers this program.
