For vendors already registered in MissouriBUYS: To access the bid solicitation, click on the “Login” button and proceed to login with your MissouriBUYS Username (e-mail address) and Password. Then, above the Message Board, select “View Current Solicitations” from the Solicitations drop down list at the top of the page. From there you will be able to download the official bid document from the bid board for those bids you’ve been invited to, as well as view other bidding opportunities. As a registered vendor you may respond electronically by uploading your completed bid document or you may instead respond by mail or courier to the address noted on page 1 of the downloaded solicitation document. Note: We cannot accept a "No Bid" response as a reply to this notification or through this e-mail address.
For vendors not yet registered in MissouriBUYS: If you do not have a MissouriBUYS Username (e-mail address) and Password, we recommend that you register as a vendor on the newly implemented MissouriBUYS Statewide eProcurement System website in order to be notified of upcoming bidding opportunities. To do so, go to the MissouriBUYS Statewide eProcurement System website at https://missouribuys.mo.gov, then click the “Register” button and establish an account. Once you have registered, proceed to login with your MissouriBUYS Username (e-mail address) and Password. Then, above the Message Board, select “View Current Solicitations” from the Solicitations drop down list at the top of the page. From there you will be able to download the official bid document from the bid board for those bids you’ve been invited to, as well as view other bidding opportunities. For vendors who do not wish to register at this time: If you wish not to register at this time, you may access the bid solicitation by clicking the “Bid Board” button. From there you can locate the bid solicitation and download the bid solicitation by clicking on the “View Solicitation Summary” icon () under the Actions column on the right side of the Bid Board and by scrolling down to the heading, “Mandatory Documents” where the bid solicitation will be listed. Click on the bid solicitation’s link and then you may either “Open” or “Save” the bid solicitation. Although you are not required to register in order to simply review and download the bid solicitation, only vendors who register in MissouriBUYS will be able to submit bid responses online or receive future email
