Manually Priced Procedures
An invoice should be attached to the claim for payment of procedures that must be manually priced by the State Medical Consultant. As some procedures involve upfront costs to the provider for materials/supplies, it is helpful if an invoice is attached that outlines pertinent information regarding the materials/supplies. Refer to the MO HealthNet Fee Schedule for procedures that require attachments.
Procedure codes ending in ‘99’ are usually manually priced and must include the information necessary for pricing by the State Medical Consultant.
