Electronic Visit Verification State Regulation Amended
December 26, 2024
The Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), 13 CSR 70-3.320, has been amended to include the following:
- Requirements for Home Health Care Services (HHCS)
- Clarification information regarding the utilization of EVV such as:
- Visit data must be sent to the EVV Aggregator Solution (EAS) at a minimum of once daily for all dates that the data is captured
- All provider agencies must log in to the EAS upon initial connection and at a minimum of once weekly thereafter
- Any manual entry or adjustment related to call in or call out times must be made by a provider agency supervisor or administrator
