The Missouri COVID-19 Vaccinator Enrollment program to open October 28!
Beginning Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 8:00 a.m., providers will utilize Missouri’s Immunization Information System, ShowMeVax, to complete the enrollment process.
The Missouri Bureau of Immunizations has developed helpful tools to guide you through the COVID-19 Vaccinator Enrollment process including provider enrollment FAQ’s, a provider enrollment checklist, and the provider enrollment training guide. These tools, along with the link to ShowMeVax, can be found on the COVID-19 Vaccine Information for Vaccinators website at https://health.mo.gov/living/healthcondiseases/communicable/novel-coronavirus/vaccine.php.
Providers who are new to ShowMeVax must submit a signed copy of the Missouri Immunization Registry Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). If your organization does not have a signed MOA on file, please email the signed MOA to vfc-smvsupport@health.mo.gov with the subject line “COVID Vaccinator MOA.” If your organization has multiple sites, please include the Immunization Site Demographics Template along with the MOA. These forms are also available on the COVID-19 Vaccine Information for Vaccinators website.
