To support MO HealthNet participants in managing their Department of Social Services (DSS) benefits, a new DSS Benefits Portal webpage is now available. This resource provides comprehensive information about the various online portals participants can use to manage their SNAP, TANF, and MO HealthNet benefits.
The MO HealthNet Division (MHD) has made several updates to the General Sections Manual. The information in this manual applies to all MO HealthNet Fee-For-Service (FFS) providers.
The Family Support Division (FSD) has launched automated spend-down processing, enabling participants to have coverage activated in as little as one business day. This expedited processing is available exclusively for charges submitted by providers using the online MO HealthNet Spend Down Provider form.
MO HealthNet continues to cover services provided via Telemedicine when these services can be performed with the same standard of care as a face-to-face service. Telemedicine guidelines are outlined in the Missouri Code of State Regulations 13 CSR 70-3.330.
