It's almost time for HealthHelp's Provider Satisfaction Survey

MO HealthNet Division’s Radiology Benefits Manager, HealthHelp, will be conducting a Provider Satisfaction Survey beginning June 13, 2023. The survey is for providers and facilities utilizing HealthHelp services.

HealthHelp provides easy ways for providers to obtain authorizations: online web application, fax, phone authorization through call center, and IVR automated touch phone system. HealthHelp would like your input on any of the methods you have used to contact them.

Automatic Refill FAQs

MO HealthNet has received several questions regarding Bulletin 46-03, “Automatic Refill Program.” In order to address these questions, MO HealthNet created the following FAQs; MO HealthNet will update the FAQ as necessary. If you have additional questions regarding the Automatic Refill Program Policy, contact the MO HealthNet Pharmacy Administration Unit at MHD.PharmacyAdmin@dss.mo.gov.

Preventing disease before it starts is critical to helping people live longer, healthier lives. Preventive health care services include immunizations, screenings for common chronic and infectious diseases and cancers, clinical and behavioral interventions to manage chronic disease and reduce associated risks, and counseling to support healthy living and self-management of chronic disease.
