The Mo HealthNet Provider Communications Unit assists providers with eligibility and coverage verification, enrollment status, annual review dates, questions regarding proper claim filing, claims resolution and disposition, billing errors, verifying check amounts, and more.
Effective October 1, 2024, the manufacturers Ibsa Pharma Inc. and Yaral Pharma Inc have chosen to no longer be part of the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (MDRP). Both Ibsa Pharma Inc. and Yaral Pharma Inc. manufacture levothyroxine products along with other agents. As a result, MO HealthNet will no longer be able to pay claims for these manufacturer's products for dates of service on and after October 1, 2024.
